How it Works

We believe in keeping our laundry service simple for our customers. 

Our pricing is straightforward, there are no hidden fees like minimum charge per pick up, or a delivery fee.

What you see in the pricing is what you pay for.  See our online booking section.

STEP 1

Schedule a pickup

Place your laundry in any disposable bag. Check the weight on a household scale

(6kg per wash,dry & fold)

You will receive a free Bubbles Bag on return of you laundry to use for future services.

STEP 2

Pick up

Book online for pickup.

If you are not at home, leave your bag on the doorstep, or let us know a secure place to locate the bag.

We will delivery back in 24-48 hours, and notify you when we will deliver and send you a photo once the finished service has arrived.

STEP 3

Clean

Your clothes will be expertly cleaned.

We are very mindful of the environment doing so much laundry for our special customers.

We use eco-friendly products. Being green is important to us.

STEP 4

Delivery

Your clean laundry and wrinkle free ironing will be delivered back to you on the day you requested.

We can leave on the front door or another secure location as noted when booking online for a contactless delivery.

We will then send you a picture and notify you of delivery.
